Shipping Policy
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, product launches, or other high-volume periods.
After processing, standard delivery normally takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier. Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.
Royal One Collection is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, emergencies, or other events outside our control. However, we will assist customers with locating delayed packages.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you discover an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
Eligible clothing, handbags, and shoes may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Royal One Collection sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank-processing times may vary after a refund has been issued.
